- Introduction
1.1. These Product Return and Delivery Conditions (“Conditions”) govern the delivery of non-physical products and services, including custom house projects and consultations about house architectural design and construction, offered on the FastHouse.lt website (“Website”) owned by MB “Upės arklys” (“Company”), as well as the return of any products.
1.2. By using the Website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Conditions, as well as the Company’s Purchase Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference into these Conditions.
- Delivery
2.1. For custom house projects, the Company will provide you with a preliminary project within a reasonable time after you provide the necessary information. The final project will be delivered to you after any necessary revisions are made, as agreed between you and the Company.
2.2. For consultations about house architectural design and construction, the Company will schedule a time and date for the consultation, which will be conducted online or in person, as agreed between you and the Company.
2.3. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products and services within the agreed timeframe, but does not guarantee delivery times.
2.4. For custom house projects, the Company will provide you with access to the project files through customer email.
- Returns
3.1. Due to the custom nature of the products and services offered on the Website, returns are generally not available.
3.2. In the event that you are not satisfied with the final custom house project, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer to make revisions to the project or provide a partial refund.
3.3. If you have purchased a consultation about house architectural design and construction and are unable to attend at the scheduled time, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the consultation, subject to availability.
- Cancellation
4.1. If you wish to cancel a purchase of a consultation about house architectural design and construction, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the consultation.
4.2. If you fail to cancel the consultation within the specified time, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5.1. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of the custom house projects or other materials provided through the Website.
5.2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the custom house projects or other materials provided through the Website.

6.1. These Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
6.2. Any dispute arising from these Conditions or the use of the Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
